CHEM 210 - General Chemistry I


Fundamental laws and principles of chemistry; atomic structure and chemical bonding; stoichiometry; kinetic theory; gases; liquids; solids; solutions. Three hours of lectures and one recitation per week.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: MATH 104 and MATH 105, or MATH 110, or MATH 155, or MATH 229, or satisfactory performance on the Math Placement Examination; and CHEM 110, or satisfactory performance on the Chemistry Placement Examination, or consent of department. CRQ: CHEM 212.
